Recreational & Competitive
MINI PROGRAM
For Dancers Age 2.5 - 5
Led by a dedicated team of instructors, our Mini Program will have your little ones moving, tumbling, and gracefully gliding across the dance floor! Our Dance Combos are a great way for budding dancers to enjoy a variety of styles and genres in one class. Each session begins with an energetic Jazz warm up and exploration of classic Jazz techniques, before beginning the art of Acro with basic stretching, strengthening and tumbling. Or maybe your child wants an introduction to Ballet. We have double and triple combos all week long!
Each Monarch Mini Class is unique and will introduce dance in a creative, supportive and nurturing environment. Just get in touch to learn more!
JUNIOR PROGRAM

For Dancers Age 5 - 8
Start to specialise or choose them all! Our Junior Program at Monarch Studios offers an array of disciplines that will challenge and inspire your young performer. From RAD Ballet to Acrobatic Arts, Aerial Silks and Hoop to Street Dance, Jazz or Tap - Our dedicated teachers deliver exciting classes each week making sure every dancer gets individual attention whilst keeping the class collaborative. INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM

For Dancers Age 9 - 15
Our Intermediate Program is for dancers who have a solid foundation in dance and would like to push their skills and abilities to the next level and for older dancers trying for the first time. Intermediate classes are offered all week, in all disciplines. If you are an older dancer just starting out it is possible that you can join an Intermediate level class for a challenge and for general enjoyment, to make new friends, and to push yourself to achieve something new.Â

ADVANCED PROGRAM

For Dancers Age 12Â +
The Advanced Program at Monarch Studios is an elite training opportunity for young people aged 11 - 18, who show exceptional talent and potential in various dance disciplines including: Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Commercial, Acro, Pointe, Variations, and Lyrical Dance.
Our Advanced Program enables students to receive intensive high-quality dance tuition alongside their formal school or college education. All classes are scheduled after school hours and at weekends with private tuition available in all disciplines.
What will you learn? The aim of our Advanced Program is to nurture and develop confident, highly skilled, creative and adaptable dance artists, with exceptional dance technique, who are well prepared for a professional dance career and future careers in the dance industry.

COMPETITIVE COMPANY
Auditions in Summer Term
The Monarch Competitive Company is a group of star students who perform in various community shows and professional performances. These students compete in local, national and international dance competitions as well as train in workshops and intensives year round. We offer five teams at Monarch Studios; Mini, Junior, Intermediate, Teen & Senior. These dancers compete in Acrobatics, Jazz, Tap, Street Dance, Modern, Song & Dance, Lyrical and Contemporary. The Company students attend classes 2-4 days per week as well as Saturdays for a discounted tuition rate.

Students are chosen for our Competitive Company from our recreational program or from scheduled auditions in the Summer Term.

Our Competitive Company parents and dancers understand that being a part of The Company is a special and very rewarding experience and demands much more of the students’ time. Regular attendance is crucial to the success of the individual and their team.
